Mission: Follow-up Communication to Client.
Method: Call and ask each client if they have any questions or issues with Our Blog.
Specific Action(s): Send a thank you text to your clients for the week's accomplishments, and ask them to comment on any of the blogs that were helpful to them. Follow-up the text with a call to see how they are doing.
Value Received: Look for clients that commented or responded to your incredible input and knowledge.
Record the feedback from your clients in a notebook, blog, picture, and/or video. This will come in handy later, so be sure to save the file so you recognize it.
