Mission: Offline Promotion of Exercise Fitness to Client.
Method: Have your clients fill out a measurement sheet regularly (at least once per month). Tell your client's how you are giving them exercise fitness today. Be sure to explain the why of their particular program.
Specific Action(s): Print out and/or hand an article or book on exercise fitness to a client, and then, show them how you implement it in their program. Be sure they are filling out a measurement sheet regularly so you can record their progress.
Value Received: Look for clients whom appreciate your positive promotion of exercise fitness. Encourage them when you see it.
More records, means better expert! Keep it up!
