Specific Action(s): Through your interaction, make your client(s) smile.
Value Received: Look for clients whom appreciate your positive body language and smile, and encourage them and those around you when you see it.
Record the feedback in a blog, picture, or video. This will come in handy later, so be sure to save the feedback in a file so you recognize it.

ReplyDeleteI've always tried to laugh and joke and smile with my clients, so that it isn't just a Workout but a fun lifestyle change that is interesting and challenging at the same time. It was really fullfilling to me to make sure that my clients were smiling and having a good time while they were training with me. I think it added a new piece to the puzzle/experience that I am going to make a habit of consciencely doing with all my clients everyday.
